EcoSpark works with communities and with schools, providing them
with the knowledge and tools to monitor their environment and
take action for positive environmental change.
The Making of Our Solar Future
Our Solar Future Menu
Our Solar Future is a resource produced as a collaborative by EcoSpark and the Toronto District School Board.
Over the 2010-2011 school EcoSpark staff worked with TDSB ecoschools staff and teachers from different TDSB elementary schools:
- Kew Beach Junior Public School
- Hillcrest Community School
- Fern Avenue Public School
- Maurice Cody Public School
- Jackman Avenue Junior Public School
- Armour Heights Public School
EcoSpark worked with the teachers to develop, design, and test the activities that are contained within Our Solar Future. EcoSpark also provided professional development concerning Solar PV for the particpating teachers.
