Join us for a Walk-a-thon that gets you outside, connecting with nature and loved ones to show your support for environmental action in your city.
Here’s the steps 👣:
✋ Pledge to Walk: Choose your adventure: which distance and a portion of which trail that best suits you. Whether it's a rewarding family outing or a spontaneous solo trek, every step contributes to supporting citizen science in your city.
✅ Register Online as an Individual or Team: Create a profile and join our Canada Helps page and follow the easy steps to register as an individual walker or a team.
☺️ Raise Funds: Bring your friends, family, and colleagues to support your walk by making donations, or re-posting your pictures to Social Media using the hashtags #EcoSpark and #WalkOnTheWildSide, or tagging us (we’d love to see your walk!) Fundraising efforts go directly to support our citizen-science programs in schools and communities, giving them the tools to make an impact in their neighbourhood and city.
